We never book a first visit without it. All pets must be current on the vaccinations required by law.
We need at least 12 hours’ notice to schedule a visit, and the earlier the better. Weekly recurring walks, weekends, holidays and busy travel periods fill up first. Less than 12 hours? Ask anyway: we’ll tell you honestly if we can fit you in.

Yes, and that includes fearful pets. Valeria works often with rescued animals, pets with a history of trauma, and very shy cats who hide from strangers: no forcing, we go at their pace. We give oral and topical medications and supplements following your written instructions. Injections (insulin, for example) are handled case by case, so please bring it up at the meet & greet.
Your pet’s safety comes first, so we follow a set emergency protocol, not improvisation. We follow the emergency instructions in your pet’s profile, contact you (or your designated emergency contact) right away, and take your pet to the veterinarian you’ve indicated. Veterinary costs are the owner’s responsibility, which is why we ask for your vet’s details at the meet & greet.
