This policy explains what information Paws & Care Service, operated by Paws and Care Group LLC (“we,” “us”) collects through pawsandcareservice.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. We are a local in-home pet care business based in Newnan, Georgia.

Information you give us

When you contact us by phone, text or email: your name, contact details and whatever you choose to tell us about your pets and the care you need.
When you apply to join our team through our online application: your name, email, phone number and address, answers about work eligibility, driving and vehicle, availability, pet care experience and scenario questions, and your answer about a background check. We use this only to evaluate your application. A background check is run only if we decide to move forward, and only after you receive a separate disclosure and give your written authorization.

Client accounts, bookings and payments

New and existing clients create accounts, request services, share pet care details and pay through our client portal, provided by Time To Pet. That information is stored by Time To Pet and handled under Time To Pet’s privacy policy. We access it to schedule and provide your pet care. We do not store your card number on this website.

Information collected automatically

Google Analytics tells us how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser). It uses cookies.
Microsoft Clarity shows us how visitors use our pages, through heatmaps and session replays, so we can make the site easier to use. Clarity uses cookies and masks sensitive information typed into forms. Microsoft’s use of this data is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.

Content from other services

Some parts of the site load content from other companies, which may receive your IP address when the page loads: our Google reviews are displayed through Trustindex, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and we link to our pages on Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Those services have their own privacy policies.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Job applicants must be at least 18 years old.
