We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but services, prices and availability can change. Prices shown are starting prices. Holiday, weekend, school break, distance and puppy surcharges may apply, and we confirm your total before you book.

Booking our services

Every new client starts with a free meet & greet before the first service.
Bookings, payments and client accounts are handled through our client portal, provided by Time To Pet, and are also subject to Time To Pet’s own terms.
Our booking, payment and cancellation rules are listed in the Good to know section of our home page and in the service agreement you accept in the client portal. If anything on this website differs from your signed service agreement, the service agreement applies.

Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not veterinary advice. Always consult your veterinarian about your pet’s health.
